Workout

My believe about working out my body it's not all about doing weights, if you really want to maintain a body fit but at the same time strong, it's important to combine exercises that includes strenght, flexibility/balance, resistance & power. What I mostly prefer working out is with my body's weight because the entire body is being held in tension, making all diferents parts of the body to workout at the same time. The muscle is gained proporcionally. If it's your first day, don't rush, take your time and, everything you do, do it progressively because, if not, you will get injured.

The exercises that I do includes mostly is "working out with my body's weight" (1h:30min, 4x weekly) combining with upper/lower body, running or doing coordinative stuff (1h, 2x weekly) and swimming (1h 2x weekly). Sometimes I work with weights too but mainly with my body. It's important to have a good warm up of at least 10-15 minutes and a stretching at the end of the session. I recommed to do active stretchings during the time you rest between exercises of short duration to allow the muscle to rest and to gain a little flexibility. If you do weights exessively, you will remain short. That's why is important to do many diferent things in order to develop, adapt and strengthening your body.

- Very good at gaining muscle and resistance.

- Improves our breathing.
