Tips
This are some tips that I think they are the most important ones when we are in sports routines such as; workouts in gyms, running, swimming, sports (in general), or any other dinamic routine.
Stretching
Stretching for me is important because it prevents my muscles to shrink and allows me to have more articular movement and for preventing any different kind of injuries !!!
Diet
The diet is also important for me because I have to recuperate all the nutrients, carbohydrates and proteins that I lost it through my workouts. Find some time routines to any and never be hungry !!!
Sleeping
Finally sleeping. One of the most important ones for me. My body needs to rest because I want to have my body ready for the next day. I sleep at least between 8-10h to be ready for anything the next day !!!
