
"Sleeping is part of the workout routine"

For me the best part of the day. Going through the day and finally reach home it is the best feeling ever. Sleeping and resting is also considered part of the workout. We allow the muscle (from the workout) and the brain (from thoughts) to recuperate properly. If we have an intense training workout routine, we need at least 8h of sleeping. For me the best hour to workout is around 6-7am. If you intensity of your trainig workout routines are average, 6h of sleep is good but, if you sleep more, the better your body will be exposed to the workout exercises.
