When we face an injury, such as bone or muscle, the best and easy choice that we can do is to pay a visit the doctor. But, what if I told you no? If it is just pain or a simple muscle fibers breakdown, what it is the best option for that?
Before visiting the doctor, first of all, you should try these diferent routines in order to prevent injuries, especially the muscular ones.



- Stretching is an important process, especially at the end, to allow the muscle to rest and improve our flexibility at the same time. Sometimes we let this contracted muscle by itself without doing anything about it. It is important to provide that particular time, at least 15-20min, stretching the muscle.
- Natural home treatments like a bag of ice or any muscular cream.
- Maybe lacking on eating habits. There are nutriens that our body need on a daily basis. If they are not provided, the chances of getting an injury is much higher. The diet, is very important.
- Swimming. Because of its low gravity pressure, it allows us to move freely through the water without feeling any kind of pain or relatively small. It has being the best treatment for me so far. It is also proven that you can workout on the swimmingpool.
